If you are looking for structured quality sessions which are run by top level coaches then you have come to the right place. At NTC we organise a range of training sessions which are designed to meet every need.
These include swimming, cycling and running. Plus we also hold a
Land Base Training session and a Watt Bike session.

Sports massage
Ian Smith is an NTC member who is also VTCT accredited in body massage level 3 and CRB registered. He is very kindly offering a body massage to club members FREE of charge.
However, donations are welcome towards the cost of the oils etc.
A massage is proven to be very beneficial at relieving muscle tension and fatigue, aiding with race preparation and reducing the risk of an injury. It is also great at helping with recovery from training and racing.
