NTC Sessions

This is where you can find out more about our training sessions. NTC runs training sessions for all three triathlon disciplines on almost every day of the week.

This means dedicated and professionally run sessions, six days a week. But as the importance of a rest day can not be emphasised enough we have decided to give you the day off!

Remember: you become fitter and stronger as a result of the rest days rather than the training sessions. So it is important that you schedule a rest day or two if necessary into your training programme.

We have listed below a schedule of all our training sessions. Please bear in mind that some training sessions such as Land Based Training and Watt Bike Training are seasonal so are not available all the year round.

But others such as swimming, cycling and running take place 52 weeks of the year.

Extra Training Info

Several members organise informal, one-off sessions which are usually advertised on the club forum. Keep an eye on the NTC forum for details of ad hoc training sessions, races and social events.
